Normals:

  • No knockdown and hits mid when cancelled into. Combos from heavy normals and into V-Slasher.

Moon Slasher: charge down to up + A/C

Baltic Launcher: charge back to towards + A/C

Grand Saber: charge back to towards + B/D

Gliding Buster: f + D (during D version of Grand Saber)

X-Caliber: charge down to up + B/D

I-Slasher: qcb + A/C

Earring Explosive: qcb + B/D

Desperation Moves

V-Slasher: qcf,hcb + A/C (in the air)

Gravity Storm: qcf,qcf + A/C

Rebel Spark: qcb,hcf + B/D

Combos

cr.C can be done in place of the lights but you'll have to wait for U+P to be charged instead of charging it during the combo. Both do the same damage.
